Build a Speech-Language Pathology Career You Love

As part of the Care Options for Kids formerly The Hello Foundation team, you drive the trajectory of your career. We collaborate closely with our speech-language pathology assistants to select school district placements. As a valued member of our community, you can set criteria, choose placements, and make decisions that best suit your needs.

We have three service delivery models that we tailor to fit each district’s needs — providing our SLPs with flexible choices for optimal work-life integration.

Teletherapy Model
Our teletherapy model provides clinicians and districts flexibility and convenience. We offer dedicated telepractice training to help you excel.

Hybrid Model

Our hybrid model combines the best of both worlds, allowing for both on-site and remote services in school districts throughout the western U.S.

Traditional On-Site Model
Prefer to work on-site? We provide services to districts in and around the greater Portland, OR metro and SW Washington area.

We Nurture You and Your Career

We began with one overarching purpose: to provide a working environment that allows clinicians to thrive in their careers and maintain healthy boundaries with their personal lives. We empower our SLPAs both professionally and personally because, by showing up for our team members, we provide them with the tools and confidence to authentically show up for the kids, families, and schools we serve.
