Care Options for Kids (COFK) is proud to announce that Jessica Bromberger has been named Regional Payroll Manager.

A dynamic global mobility professional with nearly 15 years of experience in international assignment management and policies, internal HR consulting and expatriate compensation, Bromberger spent the last 10 years with Sirva Worldwide, Inc. 

As Senior Global Mobility Compensation and Payroll Specialist at Sirva, Bromberger served as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for clients, and provided a wide range of management service delivery to client assignees on both U.S. and foreign assignments.

It is so validating to know I am part of the team contributing to such a meaningful purpose,” adds Bromberger.

Prior to her role at Sirva, Bromberger served as HR Specialist/Global Mobility Consultant at Siemens. As the primary point of contact for global employees, she managed the assignment life cycle and ensured that all documents were obtained, vendor services ordered and the IHRIS record was maintained. Well-versed in immigration and visa processing, tax equalization and U.S. expatriate taxation, Bromberger managed the financial and analytical aspects throughout the assignment, and coordinated compensation reporting, taxability determination and year-end global wage statement reconciliation. 

Bromberger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Montclair State University (NJ).
