Care Options for Kids (COFK) is proud to announce that Elias Lee has been named Vice President, Talent Acquisition.
Lee has an impressive track record in healthcare services, including leadership roles in home care, senior living, and talent acquisition. His experience as Talent Acquisition Regional Director at Aveanna Healthcare and his strategic leadership at LEE Services uniquely position him to drive the COFK talent strategy forward.
“I’m most excited about how closely Elias and I align on emerging technologies and unifying multiple brands and talent operators into a cohesive, goal-oriented, high-performing team,” adds Eric Welsh, Chief Marketing and Talent Acquisition Officer.
Lee is notable for implementing innovative recruitment processes, optimizing operational efficiencies, and leading high-performing teams in a decentralized environment. His contributions at Aveanna included spearheading recruitment efforts across regions and deploying efficient hiring processes during the COVID-19 pandemic, generating positive results for a $1.8B company.
“His vision aligns with our mission to attract and retain top talent to benefit the children and families we serve. His expertise and leadership will be instrumental as we continue to grow and enhance our recruitment efforts globally and locally,” adds Welsh.
“I’m very excited to bring my TA recruitment expertise and home health care operations experience to COFK. To collaborate with a proven leadership team and position COFK as a top healthcare provider in the nation made me want to join this team and be a part of something special,” adds Lee.
