Julie Pauls Named Director of Payroll

Care Options for Kids (COFK) is proud to announce that Julie Pauls has been named Director of Payroll. 

Pauls has 10+ years of experience in payroll processing, performance management, onboarding, training, and maintaining compliance with company state policies and regulations.

For the past two years, Pauls served as Payroll Operations Manager at Nomad Health, a healthcare staffing technology company where she supervised 10 Payroll Administrators and managed the team’s weekly payroll processing for 2,000+ clinicians. In addition, she was instrumental in implementing and streamlining customer support tools to enhance the overall experience.   

Prior to her stint at Nomad, Pauls served as Payroll Process Specialist at Foundation Medical Staffing for seven years. She managed payroll processing for 200+ traveling nurses and established training and development programs for new team members.

“As the Payroll Director for Care Options for Kids, I am not just managing numbers and systems; I am ensuring that every aspect of our mission to care for children and our clinicians is supported. My role is deeply personal, as my special needs son has shown me the profound impact of compassionate care. It's a privilege to connect my personal experience with our organizational mission, ensuring that every child and their family receives the care and support they deserve,” adds Pauls.

Pauls earned a Bachelor’s degree in General Education from the University of Central Oklahoma University.
