Care Options for Kids (COFK) is proud to announce that Stephanie Kulak, MSN, RN, has been named Senior Vice President, Clinical Services.
Stephanie has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication since joining COFK in 2009 as an Assistant Director of Nursing. She was instrumental in expanding operations, establishing licensure, accreditation, and certification for the company.
Thereafter, she became Director of Nursing and later Regional Director of Nursing, where she was responsible for accreditation, Medicare compliance, and ensuring continued compliance with Home Health Care Standards of Practice. She assumed the position as Corporate Clinical Director overseeing all clinical operations for the organization in 2020.
"I am excited to embark on the next chapter of my career at Care Options for Kids. I appreciate the opportunity to support clinical and operational practices in this new role at COFK,” adds Kulak.

A member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership; American Nurses Association; Pennsylvania Homecare Association; and the Home Care & Hospice Association of New Jersey, Kulak holds a BSN from the University of Delaware and an MSN in Nursing Administration and Management from Aspen University, Denver.
She is an active member of several prestigious nursing organizations and brings much experience from her previous work in various healthcare settings. Stephanie’s commitment to clinical excellence and comprehensive understanding of healthcare standards will continue to drive our clinical operations forward.
